Description of Position:
Due to the size of the company, the Junior Account Executive is an
integral part of the team and will work directly with the Account
Executives and President of the company.  This position has room for
advancement and is a perfect opportunity for someone interested in
getting into the PR field.  The Junior Account Executive’s
responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

General office administration duties
Answering phones
Creating & managing databases
List building
Preparing & distributing press clippings
Organizing distribution of press materials
Participating in promotional planning & strategy sessions
Assisting at promotional events
Developing story ideas
Working with journalists, photographers, & television camera crews
Assisting the internship supervisor

Applicant should possess strong organizational, writing, and
interpersonal skills and have an interest in gaining valuable and direct
experience at a public relations company.  Applicants should be able to
multi-task, work hard and feel comfortable speaking to new people.
