Internal Communications Specialist, AutoTrader, Atlanta

Position: Specialist, Internal Communications
Reports To: Manager, Internal Communications

Overview: The Communications Specialist will assist in the consulting & implementation of
the day-to-day internal communications strategies for various internal clients. This position
reports to the Manager, Internal Communications to build the AutoTrader Group brand among
employees. This role requires a creative approach to internal communications, experience
in video and broadcast web events, project management and solid writing skills. The ideal
candidate will be customer-focused and solution-oriented with exceptional interpersonal skills.

Specific Duties
• Consult with various internal clients regarding internal communications needs, including
AutoTrader Group Human Resources and the needs of AutoTrader Group business units
including Kelley Blue Book, vAuto, VinSolutions, HomeNet and CDMdata.
• Produce communications for manager-focused vehicles, including online portal, weekly
email, monthly toolkits, etc.
• Leverage and contribute to multiple corporate communication vehicles, including but not
limited to web casts, print, intranet, video and email.
• Liaise with designers to create visual elements to accompany communications.

Minimum Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in corporate communications or internal communication
supporting video, webcasts and social media programs.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and keep numerous projects on track and within budget.
• Ability to manage projects from inception to fulfillment.
• Superior interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, public relations, communications or related field.

• Experience supporting Human Resources communications and/or manager-focused
• Experience working with intranet and email content management tools.
• Experience partnering with remote internal clients and supporting a remote employee
