We are looking for interns for Fall 2012. Our fall semester begins
Monday September 17th and ends Friday December 14th (with little
flexibility on the start/end dates). The Internship will be tbd hours a
week (depending on class schedule, extracurriculars, etc…) plus some
work at evening events. Interns will have the opportunity to work with
professionals, learn new software and help in all aspects of the
industry. Some office administrative work will be required and this
work will need to be approached with a positive and professional
demeanor (we are looking for students unafraid to jump in and get their
hands dirty). Those interns who exhibit a "can do" attitude and the
willingness to take on all tasks large and small will have the
opportunity to work at various celebrity and large corporation events.
Qualifications/Requirements (Please read carefully):
Intern must be in their JUNIOR OR SENIOR YEAR of college
Intern must have an interest in public relations and/or marketing
Intern must be detail-oriented and driven
Intern must be comfortable speaking with unknown persons on the phone and in person
Intern must have exceptional, dynamic, and highly creative characteristics
Intern must have an interest in pop culture.
Intern must have the ability to meet deadlines, multi-task, and provide
attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in a multi-faceted
Intern must have experience working with people of diverse educational, racial, ethnic, and cultural backgrounds
Intern must have a strong track record of strategic and creative successes in previous role(s)
