We are a fast-paced, dynamic, NJ based boutique PR agency
specializing in fashion accounts and we’re looking for an
account coordinator. Don’t apply if you’re not passionate about
the industry, don’t know pop culture, can’t think outside the
box or lack outstanding communication skills. We don’t want to
read through your boring cover letters so pitch us why you’re
the one we’re looking for!




IDEAL CANDIDATE MUST:


• Have solid experience, preferably fashion related, and strong
media contacts


• Have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
under tight deadlines with strong attention to detail


• Have outstanding communication, creative writing and problem
solving skills


• Have experience servicing accounts, managing clients,
developing pitches and placing stories


• Be a self- starter comfortable working solo or in a group


• Be enthusiastic, creative, resourceful, responsible and
reliable


• Have a sense of humor and loves all things fashion and pop
culture




REGULAR DAY-TO-DAY TASKS INCLUDE:

• Cultivate relationships with media and stylists, pitch and
secure editorial placements in traditional and online
outlets, manage media requests for clients


• Sample trafficking


• Social media program development and implementation


• Write pitches, newsletters, web content, etc


• Serve as day-to-day client contact, develop client reports


• Develop, verify and maintain up-to-date media lists and clip
books


• Supervise interns
