Job Description
Come Recommended is looking for someone who is fascinated by how startups utilize social networks, excited about emerging marketing trends, and passionate about generating results.

If hired, you will coordinate and execute the day-to-day social media interaction for clients. The role requires a highly motivated, self-starter with an active obsession with social media and trends. You will be tasked with increasing awareness and audience engagement surrounding our clients brands.

Help research trends and generate creative content for social media platforms to drive positive brand sentiment.
Day-to-day execution of all social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Google+, etc.) for clients.
Monitor social media to capture customer trends, conversations about our clients, as well as opportunities to better meet customer needs.
Stay up-to-date on new social media trends and methods for integrating those technologies into the platform.
Help strategize an editorial calendar for Facebook and Twitter platforms.
Write clear, persuasive, original copy to be pushed out on all social media platforms.

Location: Virtual/Remote

This position is considered a contractor and is compensated $2,000/month to start.
Unlimited sick/vacation days (since you are a contractor, you make your own schedule)

Undergraduate degree in PR, journalism, or a related field
Prior internship and/or entry-level experience managing social media accounts and building an online following
Advanced knowledge of social media platforms, i.e. Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google+, Tumblr, StumbleUpon, etc.
Able to work independently, but under supervision (virtually/from home)
Access to the Internet
Driven, self-motivated and enthusiastic
Ability to deliver quality work in a fast paced and high volume deadline driven environment
Entrepreneurial spirit and independent thinker (no “yes” men or women allowed!)
