*Summary:*
This person works day-to-day in all areas of the Marketing Department
including identifying community events, activating Radio/TV promotions, and
identifying unique programming opportunities for pre-game entertainment.
Responsible for all on-field coordination during the Season, from scheduling
event staff to working with a script and communicating from the field during
pre-game ceremonies.****

*Essential Duties and Responsibilities: *include the following. Other duties
may be assigned.****

** **

  - Under the direction of the Senior Director, Marketing & Broadcasting,
  identify key dates throughout the season that would offer unique programming
  for pre-game entertainment that our fans would enjoy. Work closely
with the Broadcast
  and Game Entertainment coordinator in the area of planning and
  execution.

**

  - This person will be responsible for all on-field coordination and
  execution during the Season. As on-field game coordinator, this person will
  schedule event staff, coordinate their responsibilities for game-day and,
  working with a script, communicate from the field during pre-game ceremonies
  with director/production staff.****



  - Work closely with marketing, sponsorship, and ticketing sales, to
  identify and activate the Dodgers mobile marketing efforts. This includes
  community events and radio and television station promotions/activation.
  This person will not only target key events in the community, but assist the
  advertising/promotion director in strategizing media partners that would fit
  with ticketing initiatives.

  - Work with marketing and ticketing sales departments to develop plans
  around specific events both in-stadium and in the community. This includes
  identifying events and synergies that meet the goals of ticket initiatives,
  working collaboratively with individual departments on development and
  execution.


  - This person will not only need to execute promotions, community
  efforts, but follow up afterwards for post analysis. This includes radio
  promotions throughout the season involving ticket giveaways.


  - This position requires various administrative duties from managing
  invoices, ticket requests, and communication to broadcast partners, etc.

and verbal a must****

**·        **High organizational skills necessary to be successful in this
role****

**·        **Demonstrated ability to function in a fast-paced, high-pressure

**·        **Willingness to follow established procedures and work nights &
weekends above and beyond normal working hours. Work hours flexible to meet
needs.****

**·        **Proficient in use of Microsoft Office including Excel and Word*

**·        **College Degree preferred. General knowledge of event planning,
working with part-time event staff, and arenas/stadium knowledge a plus.****
