ESCADA is committed to hiring qualified individuals with a
strong fashion background and an inherent sense of style. We
are currently seeking a Public Relations Coordinator for our NY
Corporate office. This position will report directly to the
Vice President, Marketing and Communications.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


• Coordinate product launches and press days.


• Maintain daily product placement efforts for results in
national and regional publications, internet, film and
television. Traffic samples and maintain inventory.


• Work with Special Events Manager, as guided by VP, to develop
event coverage for national and regional, retail and
wholesale events.


• Work within VP strategy to achieve successful celebrity and
VIP dressing and event attendance.


• Work with VP to maintain alliances with publicists, VIPs, and
industry insiders.


• Maintain day to day relationships with editors and stylists,


• Maintain Twitter presence for ESCADAmericasPR



QUALIFICATIONS:


• Must possess one to three years of experience working in a PR
department of an apparel company or fashion magazine.


• Must possess excellent interpersonal and written communication
skills.


• Computer proficiency is a must.
