Large, high profile government relations and public affairs firm seeks a highly-organized, energetic and detail-oriented individual for the position of Executive Assistant to the CEO. Candidate must be able to manage and complete multiple challenging tasks on a regular basis. Duties include, but are not limited to: preparing the CEO and Managing Principal’s schedule, arranging travel, providing administrative support and project coordination, and performing daily tasks as assigned. Executive Assistant will work with a team to strategically manage the CEO’s time and interaction with clients and firm principals.
Strong written and oral communication skills, an exacting attention to detail, the ability to multi-task, sense of humor, and flexible hours are a must. Candidates must have excellent MS Office applications and at least one to two years of experience in a congressional office or lobbying firm. Bachelor’s degree required.
