Raymond James Ltd. is seeking a qualified Communications Specialist to work with the Corporate Communications & Marketing team in our downtown Toronto office. Raymond James Ltd. is one of Canada’s leading full-service independent investment dealers offering high quality investment products and services to Canadians seeking customized solutions to their wealth management needs.

This one-year contract position (with the potential to become permanent) will provide you with an opportunity to create and maintain web content for both internal and external websites. The ideal candidate should possess some previous web content development experience. The candidate will also have previous experience working in a corporate environment.

Specifically you will:

· Write web content for both our internal and external websites, and write other content as needed;

· Create and update website content using our content management system;

· Test both new and updated web content to ensure correctness;

· Assist our team with various marketing projects as required;



To qualify for this opportunity you possess:

· Excellent English communication and writing skills;

· Experience with creating marketing materials, either online or in print;

· Previous experience with building web content using HTML and content management systems;

· Previous experience working on a team in a corporate environment;

· The ability to prioritize and effectively manage time;

· Flexibility and willingness to assist others as required;

· A positive attitude and the motivation to contribute to our team;

· Photoshop skills would be an asset;

This is a temporary full-time position with a competitive compensation and benefits package.
