Job Title: PR Intern
Reports to: VP, Public Relations
Duration: Spring Semester—could extend through the summer
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Researching clips about gmc via the internet.
Creating & managing gmc clips report.
Tracking gmc clips.
Manage and populate internal Press Room link with photos and talent bios, etc.
Pulling together information, stories, etc. for quarterly internal newsletter.
Screen movies and identify movie clips to be used for publicity purposes.
Notify talent (actors, etc.) via email to solicit involvement in social media chat to publicize gmc
- Communications or Public Relations Major at a four-year college or university; strong working knowledge
- of publicity. Experience with doing detailed internet searches. Must be a good writer.
- To perform this job successfully, an individual should have working knowledge of the Word, Excel,
- Photoshop and social media platforms.
