| Travel Channel's Social Media team is currently looking for a media savvy, detail-oriented and energetic intern. During this internship, the ideal candidate will have the opportunity to learn various aspects of social media.|
During this internship, the ideal candidate will have the opportunity to learn various aspects of social media by:
- Learning how to create and manage social media editorial calendars
- Learning to write copies for social media profiles and daily social media community maintenance (moderation, responding to fan queries, posting updates)
- Learning about social media efforts & how to create reports
- Brainstorming in creative ways with the social media team and learn how to engage with Travel Channel fans through social media platforms
The ideal candidate will be a student currently pursuing a degree in Social Media, Communications, Marketing, PR, Journalism, Online Media or other related field. The ideal candidate will also have good writing skills.
This is a paid internship.
