The Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center offers a position for a Marketing Assistant. The Marketing Assistant is responsible for supporting the efforts of a busy Marketing and Communications department. The Marketing Assistant assists with execution of the marketing plan, implements social media updates, coordinates volunteers, solicits group sales, formats in-house concert programs, aids in publication production, and helps with editing of advertising, email, and web copy. In addition, the Marketing Assistant is responsible for general scheduling, filing, archiving, data entry, photo preparation, and other duties as directed. He/she provides occasional concert coverage. The Marketing Assistant reports to the Director of Marketing and Communications. Successful candidate will have a degree or relevant experience in Arts Administration or classical music, be a self-starter as well as a team-player, and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, social media platforms, as well as experience with Photoshop, InDesign, and Dreamweaver.
